Helping older learners thrive through dance
Our Silver Swans programme is based on research on the benefits of dance classes for older learners. It is an exciting business opportunity for experienced ballet teachers to expand into the growing adult dance market and deliver licensed classes aimed at over-55s.
Silver Swans is a registered trademark, and a licence is only granted by the RAD upon completion of a training course.
With over 1600 licensees across the world, Silver Swans is a globally recognised brand in ballet classes for older learners.

Take the training
Available for experienced ballet teachers, with a view of becoming a Silver Swans Licensee, our workshops focus on devising and delivering safe and inclusive ballet classes. Sessions provide practical experience of teaching strategies for a group of mixed-ability older learners.
